Questions
Frequently asked questions
Clear answers about our skills workshops, programmes, and boundaries. If your question is not listed, contact us during business hours.
Do you guarantee profit or offer life coaching?
No. ProfitSkillsAI Academy Inc. teaches practical AI skills for professional work. We do not guarantee income, revenue, or business results. We are not life coaches, therapists, or wellness advisers — the .life domain is branding only. Our programmes focus on billable competence: scoped prompts, quality output, client communication, and pricing dialogue. Outcomes depend on your market, effort, and existing professional context.
What does « profit-oriented » mean in your brand name?
It means our curriculum is oriented toward skills used in income-generating professional work — proposals, deliverables, billable hours, and client-facing output. « Profit » describes skill outcomes and professional competence, not guaranteed financial profit. We are explicit about this distinction because it aligns with Canadian advertising standards and sets honest expectations for learners.
Who are your programmes designed for?
Freelance consultants, agency staff, marketing and communications professionals, operations coordinators, and team leads who deliver client work or internal projects. Our exercises assume you already have professional context — we teach AI workflow skills, not career discovery or personal development.
Do I need prior AI experience?
Basic familiarity with at least one AI tool is helpful but not required for PSA-001. Later programmes assume you have completed earlier modules or can demonstrate equivalent workflow experience during a skills review session. Contact us if you are unsure about placement.
Where are workshops held?
Our primary studio is at 1630 Pandosy Street, Suite 200, Kelowna, BC — in the Kelowna Landmark / Bernard Avenue district. Weekend intensives and weekday live workshops run at this location. Corporate team training may be delivered at your premises within the Okanagan or elsewhere in BC by arrangement.
Can I enrol in a single programme or must I take the full track?
Individual programme enrolment is available. We recommend the full PSA-001 through PSA-006 track for comprehensive skill coverage, but many learners start with PSA-001 and PSA-002 before deciding on later modules. The capstone (PSA-006) requires completion of at least four prior programmes or equivalent demonstrated experience.
What is included in the mentoring package?
Four scheduled check-ins across eight weeks with a facilitator mentor. Sessions review your live workflow application — scope decisions, client communication drafts, pricing notes — and provide written feedback memos. Mentoring covers AI-assisted delivery skills only, not general business strategy, investment advice, or personal coaching.
How do you handle personal information?
We collect only information necessary for enrolment, workshop delivery, and communication. Processing complies with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and the Canadian Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). See our Privacy Policy for retention periods, access rights, and breach notification procedures.
Do you offer refunds?
Refund terms are outlined in our Terms of Service. Generally, cancellations more than fourteen days before a scheduled workshop receive a full refund minus an administrative fee. Later cancellations may receive credit toward a future cohort. We do not refund based on dissatisfaction with skill outcomes — learning results depend on participant effort and context.
Are your facilitators certified AI engineers?
Our facilitators are hired for professional delivery experience — agency work, contract writing, client management — not for engineering credentials alone. They demonstrate practical AI workflow competence and teaching ability. We prioritise pedagogical skill and honest communication over technical titles.
Income outcome disclaimer: Our courses teach skills for working with AI in ways that may support income growth. We do not guarantee any specific earnings, client volume, employment, or business results. Outcomes depend on effort, experience, market demand, pricing, and factors beyond our control.
